Quotes. Sending a form is a request, not a booking. Work is scoped and priced in a written quote you approve.

Scope. If it isn't in the quote, it isn't covered. Changes are written up and approved before more work happens.

Scheduling. Dates are confirmed by a person after we know the job. Nothing on this website is a promised timeframe.

What we don't take. Hazardous waste, biohazard, chemicals, paint, asbestos and construction debris.

Website. Information here is general and may change. Please don't misuse the forms.

Job terms. Payment, deposit, and any other job-specific terms are the ones written on the quote you approve. This website does not add separate cancellation, refund, or guarantee terms.
